classic physique is off to a bad start

hi im 18 yrs old and have taken up weightlifting to acheive a physique like reg park im five foot nine 180lbs do u think that his diet is suitable for mass gaining

You need to eat based on your body's needs to gain weight.

A decent amount of food intake plus improving your strength dramatically over the next several years will take you where you want to go.

If you're eating plenty of foods like beef, eggs, fruits, veggies, milk, etc. and not under-consuming calories, you will gain mass.

It was certainly suitable for Reg. But you are not Reg, so find out what works best for you.

I give it to Reeves. I think his body type is more achieveable for a natural athlete.

I think I prefer Park due to his mass. Reeves is pretty darn impressive too, but gotta give it to Park.

hey everyone i dont know if you peple have heard of these programs but they are freakin great. first is the somanobolic muscle maximizer and the second is six pack shortcuts! check them out
