You look lean enough as it is man. I would suggest to focus on solid clean foods and not cut. BUt your lookg great.

Been busting my ass on my cardio, diet has been spot on and my last few workouts I've been pumped beyond belief! Def leaning out, been feeling full and I've been focusing on the gold. I just couldn't get my ass up to work out before work the last 2 days but I have been able to get 30 minutes of cardio in, so today and Thursday is going to be a lot of work to get a whole weeks worth in.

Got about 4 weeks to go. Since I ended up getting 2 bottles (Thank You LBF) I am dosing this around 8-9 caps. Still getting that warm glowing feeling. Using the bathroom a bit more. Probably in a week I will do my BF%, I did it a week ago and was on the low side of 12%. My weight is maintaining but I am way leaner, especially in the mid section.

I had the pleasure of working out with my oldest son Tyler yesterday. It was supposed to be back day but he wanted to hit chest so that's what we did.
Recompadrol still doing it's job, not so much a warm feeling any more but it's leaning me out and I'm getting killer pumps from this. I don't believe it's even intended for that but it does it haha. I don't think my weight has dropped but I am definitely looking leaner, nice combo if you ask me. Sorry for the lack of updates lately still trying to get rid of this damn demon cough that BB12 put on me with some vodoo hex.

Had a great leg day the other day the pump followed into the next day. Been getting any where from 3-5 miles in a day. Looking lean, ab's are coming. Not as fast as I want but they are coming.

Sorry for the lack of posting but I have been so f-ing busy with life, family, work, training and just about any thing else you can imagine.

I have been taking 2 caps with every meal, no more warm flushing feeling. I know it's working cause roughly about 15 minutes after I eat it's going out the back end. Been sleeping really well, even though I got a ton on my plate right now, usually with all the crap that's going on my sleep would be garbage. Weight is dropping still, form is really taking place and I've been putting all I can in to my training (which has been tough, but I'm getting it done!) Below is a couple of pics, one is my weight as of Friday and the other is a back shot the wife took when we took our mini vacation.

we are gettin down there and times are rediculously tough but you need to remember most people wouldn't and couldn't do what you are doin right now. it takes so much discipline to get ready for a show most people will never understand the commitment. if you need to talk to someone who is goin through some of the same sh*t as you right now let me know. were in it to win it baby lets go!!
