Default Dymatize?

Ok so I was browing muscle and strength website and looking at Dymatize because I've heard good things about them. While browsing them I came across 2 proteins.
Elite Whey Protein which had like 0g carbs and 24g proteins and was like 37$ for 5 pounds. And then there was a Gourmet Elite Whey Protein which was like 6g carbs and 21g protein to make it taste better probably but for 5 pounds it was 30$.
So my real question is why is there a 7 dollar different in these proteins is one a higher quality than the other I will be purchasing some soon and I'd like the cheaper option but not if it's worse than other one.
Does anyone have any opinions on these or the differences?

Here are write-ups/descriptions on the 2 powders:

Elite Whey Protein - High Quailty, Low Price! - On Sale Now! | Muscle & Strength

Elite Gourmet Whey Protein - Awesome Tasting Protein Powder - On Sale Now | Muscle & Strength

It appears that the gourmet contains some casein. So it's more of a blend. (fast and slow digesting proteins)

Quote:
Elite Gourmet Whey is a combination of Whey protein (Concentrate and Isolate) and a proprietary Milk protein matrix containing both Micelular Caseines and Caseinates. Each of these sources of protein has a perfect score on the PDCAAS* scale, the most advanced protein determination of quality method available. These perfect scoring proteins have been combined with a flavor and texture profile beyond belief and truly worthy of the "Gourmet" name.
The more a whey protein is "pure whey isolate", the lower the sugar quantity. Lactose is "milk sugar", and the higher the whey isolate percentage, the lower the sugar content.

Quote:
There are 2 major types of whey protein, whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. Whey protein concentrate is low in fat, has a highest biological value and is typically about 75% pure protein by weight. Whey protein isolate is whey in it's purest form. Isolates are processed to remove fat and lactose. Typically whey protein isolate is about 90%+ pure protein by weight.

Ahh ok I figured it was going to be a blend or something. Post workout I'll have my whey I have cottage cheese and milk at the next meal anyway I think I'm going to spring for the Non gourmet one.
