Lightbulb Calisthenics Log.

I'm dropping the weights..

After an old injury has flared up during my regular weight training I have decided to go back to calisthenic training, at least while the shoulder recuperates.

Goals:
Build strength & build up to some advanced BW exorcizes.
Improve cardio fitness.
Gain some muscle along the way too..
All while going easier on my shoulders.

Going into this I am 71Kg's(156lbs), Ill be keeping an eye on the rest of my stats too.

First 2 days down on my new routine.
So far so good, shoulder already feels much better for doing bodyweight stuff. I'm thinking of setting some longer term goals and staying on my Calisthenic routine for the foreseeable future. After being on weight routines for over 3yrs now so it will be a nice change of pace.

That's cool...

My biological father is in his 70's and has only done calisthenics most of his life... he still plays handball with 20-somethings!

"Unloaded" body control work can be very difficult!

I have the Convict Conditioning e-book you might be interested in...
