Well I went into this feeling strong, my left delt had it's own mind. I also should keep in mind that I was off for six months doing this, . Well here goes, Max Bench...

7" Lock Outs
1x10 @ 225 1x10 @ 315 1x5 @ 405 1x1 @ 455 * Delt Pain *

Flat Bench
2x10 @ 135 Warm Ups
1x3 @ 315 1x3 @ 325 1x3 @ 335 1x3 @ 345 * Delt Pain *

Close-Grip Bench
1x10 @ 225 1x7 @ 275 1x2 @ 315

"V" Grip Press Downs
1x20 @ 50 1x15 @ 75 1x10 @ 100

Seated Shoulder Press * Therapy lifts *
4x10 @ 70

Upright Rows * Therapy Lifts *
4x10 @ 70

No PWO nutrition, pre-bed Casein shake.

I went in expecting bigger numbers, but I feel if I can keep this up injury free I should surpass my old PRs in approximately six months.

Tomorrow is a rest day, maybe.

I hate it when I get workouts like that. I can go in feeling great on bench and have a bicep or shoulder not cooperate. Numbers are looking real strong.

Thanks Brother. I just need to learn a little patience, I'm actually pleased with the numbers that I have retained. Getting older blows...lol

8x2 @ 325 *Felt pretty good!

BB Rows
4x5 @ 225 *No Delt pain this round.

Lat Pull Downs
1x10 @ 100 1x10 @ 150 1x3 @ 200 1x5 @ 200 *Spade Grip, Nice stretch at the top.

DB Hammer Curls (55lbs.) S/S with EZ Bar reverse Curls (70lbs.)
4x6

PWO Nutrition
1/2c. brown rice with 4oz. beef and saute green peppers and a whey/casein shake.
