Woke up this morning at 4AM and the strangest thought got me out of bed...must workout, go figure.

Flat Bench
225x5 225x5 245x5 265x5 285x5 305x5 325x5 345x3 Gassed out on the 345, w/o first thing in the AM with no breakfast.

Speed Bench
8x3 @ 225

Close-Grip Bench
225x5 245x5 265x5 285x5 305x5

Skull Crushers
70x10 90x10 110x10 130x5 150x5 PR's

Delt work still at the therapy stage, starting to increase weight slowly.

Seated DB Press
35x10 45x10 55x8 60x8 70x5

Prone DB Laterals
5x12 @ 20

For being an unscheduled early morning workout it felt great, probably one of the best w/o's I've had in some time.
