So, let me get this straight...
First, Clean the weight
Second, Front Squat it
Third, Overhead Press in the front
Fourth, Back Squat
Fifth, BTN Press

Rinse and repeat???

pretty much, try it in 5x5 style and dont go too heavy, makes for one ass kicking conditioning workout

Cool, Thanks guys. I think this will be a good midweek/wednesday exercise and it will be a good way to ensure that I'm squatting 3x a week.
