Default Post your Mass gaining shakes In This Thread

Just made a pretty good weight ganing shake

20oz milk- 315cals 20g protein
4tbsps Peanut butter- 380 cals 16g protein
1 large banana 121 cals 1g protein
2 scoops on whey- 240 cals 48g protein

total 1056cals 85g protein

taste pretty damn good.

I never made shakes before really but they're a good way to get calories in and easy to get down.

I know I've made a lot of theads today

Would like some new ideas.

Throw in a 1/4 cup of oatmeal (and maybe some more milk to offset it thickness wise).

I was going to throw some in but I already had a lot of carbs and it wasn't very thick at all. I'll prob start using this as my b-fast from now on but would throw in some oats for carbs.

Chicken of the sea tastes fine, but the texture is a bit odd. It helps to add in some other textures, perhaps ground almonds or a couple of Reese's Cups.

Sorry Steve, but I wouldn't recommend this unless you are an absolute hardgainer and under 25. Or if they were a powerlifter

Oh and btw, just the thought of tuna and icecream in the same sentence.....*barf* LOL!
