Here's what I did today. I played solitaire at home for 45 minutes. This is how it works, if you've never heard of playing card training. You assign an exercise to each suit, like this:
Hearts= Pull-ups
Diamonds= Dips
Spades= Ankle Grabbers (basically squats with no weight at a 4 count - you grab your ankles)
Clubs= Calf Raises (4 count)

and count them by the numbers on the cards (just keep going for face cards - Jacks=11 through Aces=14)

Then I opened solitaire on my computer and dealt hands with 30 reps of ab wheel and a 90 second rest between hands. So, this is what came out:
3H, 4D, 3S, QC, AS, 5C, 10H = 3 Pull-ups, 4 Dips 3 Ankle Grabbers 12 Calf Raises 10 Pull-ups and ab wheel for 30

QH, JD, 6H, 3D, 5H (CHANGED TO PUSHUPS, cause I was smoked on pull-ups), 5H, 3S = 12 Pull-ups, 11 Dips, 6 Pull-ups, 3 Dips, 5 Push-ups, 5 Push-ups, 3 Ankle Grabbers, and ab wheel for 30

6H, 10H, KC, 4S, QS, QH, 6D, 30 = 6 Push-ups, 10 Push-ups, 13 Calf Raises, 4 Ankle Grabbers, 12 Ankle Grabbers, 12 Push-ups, 6 Dips, and ab wheel for 30

5D, KH, 9S, 3H, 4D, 6D, 5C = 5Dips, 13Push-ups, 9Ankle Grabbers, 3 Push-ups, 4 Dips, 6 Dips, 5 Calf Raises, and ab wheel for 30


It was fun and exhausting. I thought I'd get more than 4 hands in 45 minutes though.

Food & Supps:

I've seen guys do this before and it sounds very intense.

Are you eating canned, cooked or raw spinach? I used to eat cooked with vinegar and it was pretty decent. I like fresh but it tends to run right through me.

I forgot something to write with/on, so I'm summarizing this from memory:

BTN Press: 1*15@Bar, 2*6@95&115, 2*4@105 (tried to get 115 up again but FAIL), 2*2@105 (same as the 2*4)

Thanks man, I'm pretty pleased that I'm intermediate moving toward advanced for my BW on squats in my first week of serious training. I liked the calf raises that way, I think next time I'll try holding it at my chest with my arms crossed over it and maybe use 2 of them for less reps.
