No. We generally only require links when extended lengths of an article are pasted.

Most of the major sites in our niche, from T-Nation to Elite, have their articles reprinted all across the web, so it's generally cool to reprint them with a link. If you pull from a site other than these 2, I would add a link with any quote from an article that is 2 paragraphs or longer unless you're just quoting Rippetoe or a lifting guru.

Push tongue against top of pallet, grit teeth and lift.

Lift from the inside out by holding core up and in.

When doing a set you grab the bar or dumbell and before you begin the excecution tense the muscle you are working and hold it for a two second so you can hook up the mind muscle connection, then perform the exercise

Get to the f!@#ing gym. no matter what. even if you're completely beat and you only get one set per exercise. Suit up and show up.
