Hey trains like Maruiz. Very Heavy Training's, all the time, Very hard work now you turn rofl.

Here is pretty much a sample of what I see him do in the gym*Days subject to change*

Tuesdays- Squat, Front Squat, Strict Press,Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Dips, legs,triceps, abs, He cycles what he does heavy, typically front squats and everything else is more or less assistance.

Thursdays-Deadlifts, light assistance work

Saturdays- Strongman Training- Log and axle clean and presses, stones(depending), farmers/frame holds, Shoulder assistance work...

Thanks Tony. I wasn't sure if he was doing multiple squat/bench sessions per week.

That approach makes sense.

That how its look my training from 2 months, I tried to recover my achilles tendons, thats why I stoped training walking strongman events. I take probably after friday one week break from training. Friday will be my max DL day!!!

THX, 4 weeks ago I hit 670 lbs in DL, I was turn 25 2 weeks ago.
