Good going, Sneezy. I've tried the high and wide approach on the leg press. I find it really nails the buns and hammies. A good exercise if you're trying to kill multiple birds with one stone.

Sleep: 5/10 (*whimper*)
Diet: 10/10
DOMS: 8/10
Training: 8/10

DAY:Back/Light Biceps/Calves

NOTES:

Okay, seriously....2 people in one day, asking if I did steroids?!?! Common people, I'd be a LOT bigger and be lifting a HELL of a lot more than I do now if I was roiding...geesh!

Really tired today in the gym, my sleep was sort of bad last night. Kept waking up and stuff. Sigh.

In other news, I got a killer deal on shelled shrimp today at a local Asian supermarket....SO happy, I love that stuff.

I will catch up on everyone's journals tomorrow...too tired atm, and I'm about to go to bed.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

70 lbs, 1x10

Close-grip Pulldowns:

120 lbs, 1x6
105 lbs, 1x8, 1x6

Seated Rows:

155 lbs, 1x15 (out)
135 lbs, 1x15 (straight)
135 lbs, 1x15 (in)
135 lbs, 1x12 (out)
135 lbs, 1x12 (in)

Finished off with 10 minutes of deep stretching.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I stopped working delts with back, because it was too much and either one or the other would suffer. Instead I have a shoulder day on Friday where my hamstring day used to be.

that's quite a few dead reps......i have to give up on the deads till after comp due to the wicked back cramps. i'm surprised that you don't have that problem with the cut and all.

great job on your part though!

Take the roids thing as a compliment, the juice heads in my gym always get jealous when people ask me what I am on. I always respond I am super natural and that they should chug milk, eat steak and lift something heavy and then do it consistently. Needless to say its not only the juice heads that roll there eyes at me.

People just don't get it.One of my friends was trained in several full contact martial arts in Korea, has callous' all over his knuckles, when people ask him how do I get my hands like that, he tells them punch trees until you hands bleed, clean them with vinegar, ice them down in ice and cold water, then wrap them in a towel with hot water with epsom salt.

Just smile and nod, the longer you train, the stupider normal people seem.

Thanks!! I don't get back cramps at all. I feel a tiny bit less energetic with my deads, but overall they're totally fine.

Thanks!

LOL yeah people always assume that hard work = steroids. That's awesome about your friend though No one wants to hear "I bust my ass and diet, what the f*ck do you do?"

Like G. Diesel said, "It's funny, the harder I train the better my genetics seem to get." it can be applied the same way I guess. The harder you work, the more you're assumed to be juicing.
