Did 21 min of HIIT on treadmill. 45 min routine ab/heavy bag/upper body bands. Sweatin like a pig, hopefully burnt all the carbs from last nights refeed.

I worked on rest between sets this week. It's going well, cardio wasn't as great at the end of the week but I can see and feel the results. I'll be putting up some updated pics next weekend.

Feel pretty good overall, not much cardio last week.
I'm starting a new diet. It's similar to the low carb diet I was doing. It is the TNT Diet. It's pretty informative, I think i'll like it alot. Pretty happy with results so far. Like I said, cardio wasn't great last week, but since i've been working on getting rest between sets down I have been feeling leaner even with the lack of constant cardio. I plan on bumping cardio up to 4 or 5 days a week from here on out.
