Finally hit 3 plates on deadlifts and squats are going up faster and smoother then they have the past couple months. Latest and highest are 260x5x3.

Some strong numbers in this thread.

Just hit 182.5kg x5 deadlift at 82kg for a relative strength PR (2.225x bodyweight).
Previous best 200kgx5 at 92kg (2.17x bodyweight)
