Well, my best PR on deadlifts was 235 lbs x2, but I weighed 123 when I pulled that.


And now, 13 lbs lighter, I have pulled 220x5. Which is technically a PR, considering it's 2x my bodyweight.

10lb PR on my CGBP (to 185). This is after PRing on my flat Bench and training my chest hard 3 times in 4 days.

Fuk overtraining.
