I'm in the same place. I "squatted" 405 in high school 12 years ago, at a bodyweight of 275 and probably nowhere even close to parallel. Within the next couple weeks I'm going to get it for real. Good luck, hooah!

Benched 350x1 for 10 lb. PR then 365x1 for 25 lb. PR - plenty of speed and room for improvement...+35 pounds to bench in the past month. Workout partner worked up to 225 for the first time ever a month ago and got it for 4, today bench 265x1.
