this kid get fired up after deadlifting 329... maybe he should have relaxed a little bit after his world record lift.

i definitely would not recomend that to any one......i would say get your iron in your diet by eating somethin else.

It's not bad. Actually you pull a lot like I do. Take this for what it's worth as I'm not an expert deadlifter ( I'm working on similar issues ), but I'd say your upper body is too far forward and your hips aren't low enough when you start the pull. It could be due to hip or hamstring flexibility issues. I'd be curious to see you pull a max single ( that's when form issues show up the most, IMHO ).
