DAY 2

training focus = 6
Again nothing that's over the top but I can feel the mental intensity going up a notch, just a little move dialled in. It's just a nice claim and steady focus.

energy = 6
What I'm noticing is a slow steady and sustained increase in energy. I quite like this as most fat burners hit you like a sledge hammer and your off buzzing like a humming bird and then crash to earth afterwards.

With Cuts the energy creeps up almost to the point where you don't noticed it, but then hours after your workout I'm like "Dam still feeling on to it and focused".

appetite suppression = 8
This is still going strong on day 2, I eat because I know it's time to eat and when I do I get fuller quicker.

crash = 0
No Crash, clean stable energy throughout the day.

Side notes:
Still pi$$ing like race house, and today I found it a lot easier to get through my HIIT - Now whether I'm simply fitter or it was the cuts can't say for sure, but I think it was a little of both.

Took my second pak around 1pm.

Todays workout - Heavy
Squats (Smith)
1 x 5 @ 175lbs
1 x 3 @ 240lbs
1 x 3 @ 355lbs
Was going to do another set of 355 but felt a twinge in my knee and stopped after one. Didn't want to risk it.

Bicep cable curls
1 x 5 @ 145lbs
1 x 3 @ 165lbs
2 x 3 @ 175lbs

Reverse Hyper extensions
4 x 12

Ez bar curls
1 x 5 @ 90lbs
3 x 3 @ 110lbs

20 mins of HIIT

0800 took CLA and CP
0830 took Cuts and BCAAs
0900workout
1000 took PWO and BCAAs
1300 took 2nd cuts

FOOD
Breakfast = 1/4 cup of rolled otes with 1 teaspoon of honey + 3 eggs / 1 yoke
Lunch = 2 blueberry hotcakes
Afternoon snack = To eat
Dinner = To eat
Pre sleep snack = To eat

Actually weighed in this morning. Before cuts I was 88.8Kg (195lbs) this morning weighed in at 88.2Kg (194lbs).

I'm not going to weigh in again till Friday where I'll also do another BF% measurement.

Lol, wonder how I missed this one... What happened to the older journal? You will get back there after cutting, or is this going to be the one to watch out for the next few months at least?

Probably watch this for the next few weeks. I'll switched back once I'm done with reviewing Cuts. Which I'm running 3 weeks on - 1 week off - 3 weeks on.

I used this and lost a pound a day for 1 week. The app. suppressant is very strong at first. So is the diuretic. Or the make an oil slick pill as I liked to refer to it as.

If I can track similar progress I'll be pretty happy with.

Perhaps it should be the exxon valdez pill! If I could only bring the bathroom to the lounge so I don't have to leave the ps3

On the app suppressant only thing I've had this afternoon is a whey shake.

DAY 3

training focus = 7
Focus is on the up but nothing hardcore but it's only day 3, still there is an increase in the mind muscle connection department.

energy = 5
Felt a little flat today but I think that's due to going heavy yesterday and no food before my workout and a general reduction in cals

appetite suppression = 8
Still pretty good notably eating less, but get hungry towards the end of the day as the second pak wears off.

crash = 0
No Crash, clean stable energy through out the day.

2 more days to weight in!!

The A Workout
3 minutes high intensity jumping rope

One arm dumbbell snatches - 1 x 10 @ 62lbs

3 minutes rowing machine - 743 meters

Dumbbell squat and presses - 1 x 10 @ 48lbs

3 minutes high intensity jumping rope

Feet elevated pushups - 55 reps

Bodyweight rows up to smith bar with feet elevated on bench - 25 reps

Dumbbell squat and presses - 1 x 10 @ 48lbs

3 minutes high intensity stair climbing - 39 floors climbed

One arm dumbbell swings each arm - 2 sets no rest
1 x 8 - @ 65lbs
Reduced weight
1 x 8 - @ 55lbs

Feet elevated pushups - 50 reps

Bodyweight rows up to smith bar with feet elevated - 25 reps

3 minutes high intensity jumping rope

Completed in 53 minutes.


0800 took CLA and CP
0830 took Cuts and BCAAs
0900 workout
1030 took PWO and BCAAs
1330 took 2nd cuts

Progression
1st set of push ups inc from 50 to 55 reps
1st of body weight rows inc 22 to 25 reps
2nd set of db squat and press inc 45 to 48 lbs
1 set of reps fron db swings inc 62 to 65 lbs
2nd set of push ups inc 40 to 45 reps
2nd set of body weight rows inc 22 to 25 reps


FOOD
Breakfast = 3 eggs / 1 yoke
Lunch = 2 home made burgers with roast pork, lettuce, tomato, capsicum
Dinner = Last of the roast pork (Yay finally) and a summer salad
Pre sleep snack = 2 slices of wholemeal toast and tomato
