Kurt, BendtheBar (BTB) is Steve Shaw. He runs the site and is a gracious host. Steve is an accomplished lifter and fitness writer. I'm using a version of the program he designed. You'd recognize it as it is part Max-OT, part HIT, part 20-rep squats and a few other programs.

Also, the rules that allow learning and fun are relaxed here at MAB and the rules that screen out BS are strict. It's all about the weights (and women).

Thanks for the kind words Jdmalm.

I try not to thrown in too many women, but it helps me keep my sanity in between editing mounds of text. It's nice to look at something other than words.
