I fully expect to get lots of carryover from my Super Katana once I get the hang of it and get to jack it a little. I had trouble touching at first (of course), but once I got up over 400 it was fairly easy to touch, which tells me there's more to be found in the shirt if I know where to look for it. Unfortunately my raw bench is lagging right now. I've bounced back well from my injury, but the strength just never seemed to come back. My raw strength is still 50lb south of what it once was. I'll get there though. I'd be surprised if I'm not getting 500 easily in a shirt this time next year.
