6/5/14-logging this a day late. Work has picked back up again. Once i get off work, hit the gym, and take a shower, I have roughly 30 minutes in which to eat dinner and spend time with the family, so I didn't get to log last night.

I took it pretty easy since I have been off.

Bench press
bar x 20
135 x 10
185 x 8
225 x 5
245 x 5
275 x 8

Rep work
205 for 5 sets of 10

Machine bench
3 x 8

overall a good return bench session. I am still amazed by my improved breathing capacity while taking Purus Labs' NOxygen. My rest times are greatly improved between sets.

6/7/14- Deadlift day- I almost didn't go through with this session as I was fairly drained from pushing a tractor-trailer earlier in the day (see here for details- http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/sho...452#post486452 ). For the record, I took two scoops of NOxygen before the tractor-trailer push and, while I can't prove the NOxygen helped, it was easier than last time. I pushed it further AND didn't have nearly as much trouble with my breathing. Anyway, I was pretty drained from my earlier exploits, so I once again took it easy at the gym.

deadlift
135 x 10

225 x 5, 5, 5

Bent over rows
185 for 5 sets of 5

While I used the NOxygen for the truck push, I did not use it for my deadlifts. I am a little concerned how the extra lower-back pump will affect my training. BUT, I am very tempted to try it on dl day anyway just for the extra breathing capacity (breathing is a huge limiting factor when I try to go hard on dl's). I may try it next week and see how it goes.

6/8/14-shoulder day- supposed to be fluff and buff day as well, but I had to cut my session short. I got in my shoulder work, but had to skip the arm stuff. Bummer. I really enjoyed the pump I got in the "gunz" last week thanks to Purus Labs' NOxygen. NOxygen still gave me a dang good shoulder pump (along with awesome endurance as usual). By the end of my session, with the pump from Purus Labs' NOxygen, I actually looked like I had some shoulder mass. Mount Shoulderius, lol.

Seated shoulder press

185 x 10- last two were tough, but they went up. My tri's were giving out, I think my shoulders had more left in them.

Really strong work. I sure as hell wouldn't have tried a deadlift day after that monstrous truck push! Very impressive. Cheating with noxygen though haha.
