I was going to save my last serving or two for next week, but the heat in the Garage, plus the work caused me to rethink my decision. It was nice and refreshing and hit the spot. I am not tired at all, FMB gave me an extra umph.

FMB is one supplement that I have actually looked forward to using. I have one serving left. I will use it on Friday. Even though it is a deload day, it is till Deadlifts and HOT in the Dog House, so it will be a welcome refreshing treat.

NOTES
I am giving an evernote app a try. By tracking with evernote, I can access my log from all of my electronics, search for specific lifts or routines and share the logs. I am still keeping my paper log for now. I have learned today that the app's format doesn't copy well, but that can be addressed. The app is actually very easy to use and allows you to make changes on the fly. The only negative was getting it set up and working. Once it finally synced, everything has run well.

Freak Maker Build
Today was my final serving of FMB. Despite being a deload day, it was a good session. Moved fast and worked up a good sweat. I needed the carbs and protein of FMB. Just what the Doctor ordered.

I will write up a full final report in the next few days. Forgive me if this doesn't happen until Tuesday or Wednesday. Weekends are typically busy for me and Monday morning we begin our trek south to Alabama. Once settled in Montevallo, I will be able to sit down and write.

Default Final Thoughts on Freak Maker Build

I had promised to have at least one more post sharing my final thoughts on Freak Maker Build. First, I want to thank RippedinMichigan for giving me the opportunity to log this great product.

FMB is a post workout formulation including Karoblyn, Proteins (including a patent pending Protalyn), Kre-Alkalyn and medium chain triglycerides. It brings a 2:1 carb to protein ratio. Altogether, this is one of the best tasting products I have tried.

I intentionally requested the vanilla flavored mix, as I feel vanilla is a lot harder to get right than chocolate. When mixed, it prepares a smooth creamy drink with very little unblended powder. I found, about 30-60 minutes in the fridges allows FMB to become a nice thick, but not too thick, shake. The taste is fantastic and quite refreshing after a hard workout. I missed my FMB after today's session.

Because this was a post workout product, it was really hard to evaluate on pump, energy, focus, strength and the such so I will give a brief pro and con

PROs:

Taste Great
Mixes easily, no need for a blender
Smooth texture
Great profile overall
Filling and refreshing

CONs:

Only two sites currently selling this product, AAEFX and another supp site not in any way affiliated with MAB. Hope to see this soon at M&S.

Serving size is huge, 95 g of powder (t was the largest scoop I had ever seen), I would love to see the same ratios in a smaller serving.

At $3.75-$4.00 per serving it is a bit pricey ( I will say, when it comes on sale at M&S I will probably purchase some)

As I stated, despite the price, this is a product I will purchase and use again. I feel I definitely benefited from all of these ingredients. If you are reading this and looking for a post workout product, You MUST give this a try.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
