2 Scoops following workout. Straight today, no letting it sit and thicken. Taste and texture - 9/10.
I like the Karbolyn contained within this product. I do not get any bloating or gassiness from the carbs. I get the energy to continue on for the night after taking FMB. This would make a good meal substitute in a pinch.
I'm really enjoying your detail in this log! Thank you! Karbolyn by itself I feel is a great pre, intra or post workout supp and it does mix very well and taste awesome!

Default 6/9/2014 Dog House Training

Warm up

Bird Dogs
BW x 10 x 2
McGill Crunches
BW x 10 x 2

Bike
2 minutes to get the blood flowing

The Work

Squats
45 x 10
95 x 5
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3 x 3

Front Squats
145 x 3 x 2

Paused Squats
100 x 12 x 3

Good Mornings
105 x 12 x 3

Reverse Hyperextension
50 x 8 x 3

Poor Man's Glute Ham Raise
BW x 10 x 3

NOTES
Great session. I was drenched when finished, my legs were like rubber. I needed that. Great way to start the week.

Freak Maker Build
2 scoops mixed with water and put in refridge before I hit the shower. After the shower I had a nice thick shake. I admit, I chugged it! I love the taste of this stuff. Filled me up, no hunger pains afterward. No bloat or gas. I wish I could tell about an insulin spike. I know it happened, but I am not one who notices any difference there. I know I felt satisfied, refreshed and replenished after my shake.

Now, 24 hours later, no DOMS despite adding some new exercises to the rotation.Minimal tightness and like I said, no soreness. I am feeling good.

I will put a bottle of water in the freezer right before I go out to lift, when I'm done it's really cold and icey!

Another great session. Hamstrings were a little tight from Monday's workout, but no pain. Today I was moving fairly fast, my arms were pumped and upper body was worn out. FMB was refreshing after my shower. Quite filling. Due to a large breakfast and early workout, the FMB served as my lunch. I know, not optimal, or was it? 390 Calories and 24 g of protein. Equivalent protein as a 4 oz chicken breast and with the Karbolyn, about 280 more calories. I was hungry a few hours later, but did not have a snack with me, so just waited it out until Dinner time. Not too concerned as I am trying to cut some weight. I think I have maybe one or two more servings, at which time I will do a more full write up.

Just read over the whole log.
I also think the karbolyn is amazing in this product. I may pick it up or something similar instead of pure dextrose. I will definitely try the shake cold. Using the car ramps is freaking genius! I have some and will definitely use them, especially for my wife who can't deadlift much. This will put the bar at a great height for her. Lastly, nice deadlift platform you have.

I love the Karbolyn. I usually get the unflavored, when I can afford extra stuff, so that I can mix it with anything I want.

Not sure about genius. but these little ramps are made for lawn tractors. With 45lb plates they put the bar right at mid shin. They are not a block you can drop the bar back on to, but since I don't own the house, I don't drop the bar any way.

Platform is 2 - 2 x 4 x 8 cut in half and a 4ft square 3/4 inch hardwood. I then went to BJ's and bought a package of the floor mats. Had some old mats the dog had chewed on I place on the bottom with the nicer mat on top. It is very sturdy and if I have to drop the bar, I have 2+" of padding protecting the floor.

Thanks. I have thought about and did try one day using FMB preworkout. I haven't thought about peri. Interesting. I will have to look into the aminos.

I have one serving or two left. Since this week is a deload week, I am saving my final servings until I am working more heavily. That will happen next week as I visit Alabama.
