Default Calories burned during a workout - Do you need to add them back in?

I was wondering weather you need to add the calories you burned during a workout, back into your diet, as you'd do with cardio.

Resistance training doesn't burn allot of calories, and there isn't a definitive way to know how many you're burning exactly, but I was wondering if there was an estimate?

Thanks
