DB OHP: 25x12, 35x12, 45x10, 55x5, 60x3, 65x1
* Seated, no back support. Feel great today, so, I wanted to get some heavy OHP work in. Pretty happy with this.

Weighted Dips: +35x20, +55x10, +70x10
* Rep it out.

Pull ups: BWx18. Pull downs: 165x10, 1855x8
* I like this combo, and may continue to do it this way.

DB Hammer Curls: 30x10, 40x8, 45x8
* Doing variations of DB curls. I feel like I need to work the forearms more as well.

Close-grip Bench: 165x12, 185x10, 220x8
* Fav.

Leg Press: 315x15, 405x12, 495x12, 585x12
* Surprisingly, both squats racks were taken and actually being used for squats. Wow. Instead of waiting, I decided to do leg presses instead of the scheduled Front Squats. I have not done leg presses in months, and I could feel it. But, I was able to do these weights easily, and what a pump.

Calf Press: 225x20, 2245x20, 265x20, 280x15
* Work.

Awesome workout overall, I feel great!

BB Z-press: (Warm up: Barx10,10), 95x12, 115x10, 120x4, 135x3
* Ugly. I felt weak on this today.

BB Bench: 135x12, 205x12, 225x10, 250x7
* I just missed 8 reps at 250.

Pendlay Row: 155x12, 185x10, 195x8
* Felt good.

Reverse-grip BB Curl: 65x12, 85x8
* Not bad, 85 was actually a little easy.

Single Arm Reverse Pull Downs: #3x12, #4x12, #5x8,8
* I couldn't do more than 8 with 5 plates; I did 2 sets of 8 just because.

Squats: 135x12, 210x12, 230x12, 250x10
* Light, reps.

Sumo Deadlift: 155x8, 225x5, 285x3, 325x1, 355x1
* Sumo's feel good. 355 felt good, no straining, explode off the floor.

* No back support. Felt good.

Dips: BWx20,20,15
* Pushing out reps.

Pull ups: BWx12,12,8
* All reps felt good, just couldn't get past 8 on the last set.

DB Hammer Curl: 35x12, 40x10, 45x8
* Workin'

Close-grip Bench: 165x12, 190x12, 225x7
* Last set only 7 reps, I would have lost my form to get that 8th rep in.

Squats: 135x12, 225x10, 275x8, 295x5, 315x5, 335x1
* Heavy work, but I felt 'off' today on squats.

Standing Floor Calf Raise: 135x20, 175x20, 190x20
* Easy.


* Worked out at the Army gym today. Some how we got banned from working out at the AF gym. Whatever.

* Short sets, just getting good reps in.

Single Arm Hammer-grip Pull Downs: #4x12, #5x10, #3x12
* Number of plates.

Squats: 135x12, 225x8, 275x8, 295x5, 315x3
* Felt 'rusty' today.

Standing Floor Calf Raise: 135x20, 155x20, 165x20
* Easy.

* Did not feel very strong today on these.

Pendlay Row: 135x8, 185x8, 205x8
* Awesome sets, felt really good.

DB Hammer Curls: 35x8, 40x8, 50x8
* Nice. Feels great when doing these at 8 reps.

Single Arm Hammer-grip Pull Downs: #3x12, #5x10, #6x8
* Nice and easy, feel strong. (# of plates)

Squats: 135x12, 225x5
Singles: 295, 315, 335, 365, 365

* Friday heavy day, I like it.

Standing Floor Calf Raise: 135x20, 155x20, 185x20
* Easy.

* 3 easy sets to get ready for Bench.

BB Bench: 135x8, 205x5, 225x5, 245x3, 255x3, 265x3, 275x3
* Awesome work today, felt great.

DB Hammer Curls: 40x8, 50x8, 55x8
* Nice and easy, but out of sequence.

Pull ups: BWx10,x7,x8
* The gym was unusually busy. Changed the sequence of curls and pull ups, and I felt the difference in the pull ups.

Single Arm Hammer-grip Pull Downs: #3x12, #5x12, #7x8
* I like it.

Squats: 135x12, 225x12, 245x10, 275x8
* Moderate weight for reps.

By this time the gym got even more busy and there were soldiers waiting for the 2 squat racks, so, I skipped calf raises today.

Seated DB OHP: (25x12,12), 50x12, 55x10, 65x7
* Just missed 8 on the last set. (No back support)

DB Incline Press: 60x12, 80x12, 90x12, 100x11
* Pretty easy work. 100's are the heaviest DB's they have here.

Pull ups (Palms in): BWx12,12,10
* Easier with the palms in, about shoulder width.

Reverse-grip BB Curls: 65x12, 85x10
* Nice and easy good sets.

Close-grip Bench: 165x12, 195x10, 225x8
* Workin'

Squats: 135x12, 205x12, 225x10, 245x8
* Light(er) sets for reps.

Deadlift: 135x10, 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 365x1
* I haven't done DL's in 2 weeks. I wasn't sure how heavy I would be able to go. Hit 365 pretty easily (PB).

* Standing this time around, do what I can with the equipment that is available.

Dips: BWx20,20,20
* Working the reps.

Pull ups (Wide-grip): BWx15,12,10
* Gettin' it.

DB Hammer Curls: 45x8, 50x8
* Biceps were tired after the pull ups.

Single Arm Hammer-grip Pull Downs: #4x12, #6x10, #3x15
*Felt like doing it this way.

Squats: 135x12, 225x5
Singles: 315, 365, 370, 375

* I waited about 20 minutes for a squat rack. This is all I had.

Standing Floor Calf Raises: 135x20, 155x20, 195x20
* Easy.
