It may be a good time to start adding weight to the dips too.

Do the first two sets BW and add weight on the last set. See how the pull ups go, and then add weight to another set of dips on the next session, and so on.

I missed calf raises and deadlifts. I was out of fuel. I didn't get to eat much today and it showed.

Anyway, lifts are going up feel okay, just spent ran out of fuel at the end.

Ran out of steam to do deadlifts. Another work day without proper nutrition.

I kept hearing of a gym that was close to our TOC. A coworker showed me where it is located. It is an AF gym, pretty nice, nicer than the Army gym I have been going to.


Lifts are feeling good. Weight is increasing.

I was surprised I had enough fuel to get through the squats.
