Cliff Note version...

Happened in about 20 minutes after taken 500mgs (opens up every possible vien/capulary in your system.

Think of the worse sunburn you've ever had.. Times that by 50, add bengay and jump in a tub of boiling water. Pretty much your insides feel like they're on fire.

It doesn't stop there! Your skin has a nice instant burn look to it.

Took about 45 minutes to go away.

2 days late I did 250mgs.. Pretty much same feeling, but lasted about 25 minutes.

LMAO...

sounds like when i first tried nanoVAPOR and first dose took two scoops. i walked into the gym burning, saw the hives and how red i got and instantly walked back out.

never did the niacin, not really going to look forward to it =x

Yeah, but you gotta have 4-6 grams a day (of Nicotinic Acid, not niacinamide, which I see you got right) and to be sure to keep an eye on your liver enzyme levels. Maybe take some milk thistle alongside it.

Me personally, I just keep my fiber and fish oil intake high and have my glass of red, dry wine every other day or so.

There's no way in hell, I'd be able to handle 4-6 grams a day...LMAO

Funny you should mention the wine, just started that about a week ago. Just like 4oz a day.

Yeah, apparently it's the actual alcohol (1 drink every other or every day)that helps raise HDL. That's been said in a couple classes from a few different lecturers. Obvously it's not spouted to the general public, because (sarcasm)if some is good, then more is better! Right?(/sarcasm)
