I also like raising to a "T", that is, palms foward at the top...more of a lateral/rear hybrid.

Those or high pulls....more weight and more total body involvement + power

Thanks for all this helpful info, I did shoulders today and I tried laterals with elbows slightly bent and pinkies up in "pour the glass fashion" no shoulder pain.
