Add Breifs

350x5 seperate singles.

Leg Press
595x20x3 sets

McGill big 3
2 rotations

Reverse sled drags
2 trips with a plate
2 trips with a plate and a 35

1 Trip is about 100' one way and 100' back.

Squats went well. We did 3 singles with about 30 seconds rest in between reps. And then again for the final 2. I liked doing it that way. Not hard per se, but minimal rest in between singles puts a nice twist on things.

Quick lunch sesh here. I came to work at 2 and leave at 11, so, my McGill stuff wil wait till then. Can't wait for some more suited squat action on Saturday.
