I have elbow problems.

I have had 5 cortisone shots in the last 18 months.

I have started taking Chondroitin, Glucosamine and MSM, and so far it is helping.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

I had some joint issues when I was lifting and started doing BJJ about 10 years ago. The BJJ was tearing my joints apart since I was new to the sport and didn't really know when to tap. I starting taking an off-brand joint support supplement and my pain went away within 3 weeks. I stopped taking the supplement when I moved to Eastern Europe and wasn't training as often.

In all honesty I can't say that it was the supplement or the fact that I learned how to avoid armbars, but in the end I didn't have any major issues until I started lifting again in 2013. I'm debating on taking a supplement again since I've had ongoing (although no debilitating) pain in my elbows so I'm in the same boat as you.

I'll let you know what happens though. Good post.

This is my second time using Phosflex and I love it. I used it when I was bulking last year. And I'm using it again now that I'm working construction and my joints will be going through more strain.
