Looks good buddy. Marriage and kids got me out of shape also. And being a lazy bastard. I stayed within 15 pounds but when I got back down to "stud" weight I was soft. Lost a lot of muscle. Good job man.

Alright guys, here we go. Last night I went a little overboard (it's my birthday), so this morning I was 239.4lb. I had my wife take a pic of the same pose from the last pic, where I was 238lb.

1. Same bodyweight within 2lb

2. My wife took both pics, so the angle is the same.

3. Both pics are flexed with absolutely no pump (I just woke up, lol).

The lighting is different, but the differences are still extremely obvious.

Thanks, although I'm not necessarily super stoked about being 31 years old.

My wife is a big Dr. Who fan. I got her that as a present.

Hardly ever use scales, always use the mirror to adjust my training/diet as needed. Def look more defined in the more current pic!

Nice post Solider. The other thing that I have learned that people struggle with understanding is that the first time you hit a "target weight" rarely represents that best that you can look at that weight. I've been hovering between 230 and 246 now for 2.5 years. I've hit 240 3 times in that span and I think I look my best this most recent time, especially compared to the first time I got there with my weight.

MC totally agree. You can loss weight a lot faster than you can put on muscle.
