Default Week 1-Workout 3- Another gay light day

WORKOUT
Did the bear for 1 set than realized i cant do shit with my lack of wrist flexibility so i did hang cleans
Hang Cleans- 65x3, 75x3, 95x3, 115x3, 125x1, 135x1, 140x1PR, 150x1PR, 135x1, 125x2, 115x2, 95x6(10 sec break between)

NOTES
-hang clean form sucks, but i still muscled up a big PR (as weak as that it)

Good PR man, is there a reason that your wrist flexibility is so bad?

I have pretty bad flexibility but I just kind of fight through the pain, it does not feel good or comfortable but I just fight through it. Make sure you are doing everything correct, I think you should be able to do the bear. Holding the bar olympic style is painful.

it just hurts like hell. i can tough it out for cleans, but with front squats and cant just squat because im focusing on that and it fucks it up.

if i was not at home and at the gym where dropping weights wouldnt crack my floor/weights, it'd be a story

im working on it, which is why i did HC's. I also will start to stretch wrists

I started off having sore wrists when i started front squatting, but the more i front squated and did cleans my wrists finally got stretched out. An olympic weightlifting coach told me that most people's wrists are just really tight and need to be stretched.

This is something I am starting to notice myself, to a small extent at least.

thanks a lot man. i got 500 cash so far, yesterdays mail (between parents and other family members). I would be getting my moms old car but my dad got hit when he was driving it.


It was ugly so its ok


i havent went to driving school yet, but when i do and am finished (in a few months) ill be getting a car (used $6000-$9000). that will be great.

i'll be training 5-6 (maybe even 7) days a week. 3-4 heavy.

Default Week1- Workout 4- super light

JUST SOME SHIT I DID IN GYM CLASS (WAS FORCED TO DO)
-40 pushups feet on ball
-40 tricep wall push ups
-40 lower ab work
-60 ball crunches

THIS WAS GAY, but im tired and its my bday so im just eating tonight!

Tomorrow i finally get to squat (and bench)!, but all this lack of heavy squats/deads has helped my low back feel 100% (never hurt, just sore)
