4. Wide Grip pull ups (upper lat width)
5. Lat Pulldowns (hoven't done these in years!)

Deadlifts do nothing for my back and I get more trap growth from lateral flyes than shrugs. Go figure.

Chest supported rows on machine

I can use more weight with a supinated grip on pulldowns/chins/rows, but I don't think they work as well.
