Elite is has some of the highest quality products and at a better price, especially when there is a sale. Rouge is real high with everything, except chalk I think.

Screw assisted pull ups.
They did nothing for me for years.

If you cant do one pull up, then do a half jump and use momentum and lower yourself slow

When you get to the point of doing one, then do singles. Add more singles till you can do 2. And repeat

Try Pullum Sports UK, they may have them. They sell bands etc.
