guys he's finally put out a workout program template: ChAoS & PAIN: You Asked for It, and You've Got It- Exercises in Extremity, the 1st Official C&P Workout Template

just incase you guys missed it i figured i'd post it up.

im thinking this will be in my near future

i'll probably add some speed work and rearange shit (dont tell him )

deadlifts is where i really need to do this. actually i think the singles will help me be able to focus on for.

Squats pretty good form, although very wide which i was going to ask about after i make a thread for it.

bench form is good, no bounce or feet movement or anything else like that


(not saying any are perfect at all)


i hope it will work well for me, it may not be the best decision, it just looks fun and crazy

I would get your form right before you do a lot of heavy singles. Bad deadlift form can really kill your lower back when you're doing heavy pulls.
