I think I love floor presses. And I think I've figured out how I'm gonna go about my training, which makes my life feel a little more under control. I'll be training bench with a max effort and dynamic effort day, deadlifts with the can program, and squats using JB's 15 week peaking program (more block periodization). I'll be using the suit for most of my squats and getting out of it for the last month or so of training for the meet on July 26 (raw meet). I'll be working the shirt in at the end of my dynamic effort days. Sadly, I probably won't have a chance to compete in gear till next year, but that also means I get plenty of time to learn it and get stronger. I'm open to any thoughts, but I feel this is gonna work well for how I enjoy training.
