300x1 (crushed by it at midpoint, damn! Wish I could train 1rm's more often, might have actually made it)

Monday was a doozie. After my 285 PR Sat, 230 felt like forearm was getting crushed in a vice so I stopped and did light chest work.

165x3 PR (should have been a 5RM, not sure what happened)

Really, really shit recovery last week. Couldn't stop thinking about sleep (took 4 hours naps each day over weekend after 8 hour sleep), zero motivation to anything from last thursday till today, pretty extreme fatigue, horrible sleep quality, etc)

Starting to experience pretty severe nausea before PR sets...have to back down for longer each time.
