Default road to recovery

well after my big smash and many broken bones IM FINNALLY BACK IN THE GYM, a really shitty gym but itll do for now

been gyming it up on a 2 day split for the last 2 weeks, with a puny amount of weight compared to before......

anyhoo, enough bitching, tuesdays lifts were

squat 40kg x 8, 8, 8, 6

bench 30kg x 10, 10, 6, 7

military press bar only 8, 8, 10, 8

rows 40kg x 8, 8, 7, 8

tri pulldowns 23kg x 10, 8, 7, 6

thursdays lifts!

DEADLIFT 60kg x 12, 80kg x 8, 4

CLOSE GRIP BENCH 30kg x 8, 8, 8, 4

SHRUGS 60kg x 9, 10, 10, 8

BARBELL CURLS 10kg x 8, 6, 6, 6

LEG PRESS 100kg x 15, 107kg x 15

felt good! but my knee was pretty raw after those deadlifts

need to start incorperating some heavy ab work..........

Well life and all the rest seems to be getting in the. Way so lifting is coming second even third!!! (sob....) so:
Sunday-Tuesday: pushups x 100 pull ups x 50 each day.

Better than nothing in my opinion.

Made it finally!

Bench 30kg x 8, 35kg x 8, 5, 7

Squat 40kg x 10, 10, 10, 8 (felt good gonna go for 45 next time)

Military press 2.5kg x 10, 10, 9, 7

Barbell row 30kg x 10, 10, 10, 8 (much better form, 40 was a bit too heavy)

Tri push downs (?) 23 x 10 10 10 7

Time to step everything up a little next week!

And for anyone that's interested my nutrition is eat what I want as long as I've got around 190g of protein and AT LEAST 3000 calories
Not bothered about abs just want to get bigger

Ps don't tell life I snuck out to the gym......

mondays lifts!

deadlift - knees were fucked after fire fighting training so managed half a set before giving up - hats off to the full time firefighters out there!

CLOSE GRIP BENCH 30kg x 8, 8, 8, 6

SHRUGS 60kg x 10, 10, 10, 9

BARBELL CURLS 10kg x 10, 6, 7, 6

LEG PRESS 114kg x 12, 12

without the deadlifts managed to get finished double time! got my final assesment with full fire gear on for my short course tomorrow so didnt want to push it too hard.......
