Default KBs and force production involved

For interest:

Brandon Hetzler, SFG II, CK-FMS, has measured the forces generated in the kettlebell swing. In this set of swings with a 53-pound kettlebell the force exceeded 500 pounds.

F=MA for those who aren't physics dudes.

I am wondering how this compares to a deadlift at peak acceleration.

Since the guy is standing on a platform, measuring device I assume, I reckon the 500+ lb of force produced may relate to downward force as opposed to force directed upon the KB; just an observation.

When you have 53 lb being swung, it takes a lot of counterbalance to remain in place and not be pulled off balance; how much ballistic force is involved with the arms/hands/grip would be interesting to know but I'm not sure they could assess that with any degree of accuracy.
