Default Squat 430x3, third set.

Title says it all. Primarily on 2 and 3, I see some weaknesses. Give me your critique and advice, please.

Not a lot going wrong.

On the lift I would like to see you get set a little better and really drive the shoulders into the bar while pulling the elbows down and squeezing the lats.

You are getting some fwd lean and head drop due to upper back not staying tight and elbows floating up. pull them down during the transition and it will stop that from happening.

Not sure if your feet are not align or is the angle of the camera. But the left foot looks a little bit forward compare to the right.

I noticed some forward lean. Concentrate on driving your hips forward after coming out of the hole. They are hanging back some. Couple that with driving your shoulders into the bar, like JB said.

I've always squatted with a staggered stance.

Thanks, Steve and JB. I'll focus on that some more then. This little detail is a tough one it seems. I guess this shows how little I still know, but I didn't even consider it being a problem with my elbows... Now I have something to specifically address, that I didn't know. Thanks a lot guys.

Good lift man, just like everyone above said. Forward lean. crank down on the bar.

Thanks a lot for the advice, guys. I worked hard on it tonight. I've not felt so stable during the walkout and entire lift ever. I got a PR squat of 450x5. Such a "small thing" made a huge difference.
