I average 6-12 a day, never had any issues. I have never separated them, I think you need the fat that natually accompanies a protein source to effectively use it.

I wish I liked eggs more. I used to choke down 6-12 a day for about 3 months and I never felt better.

You can eat dozens and be fine. As long as you eat the yolks with them, digestion should not be an issue.

I eat 4 most days, but it can vary a bit from time to time. Never been healthier.

Certainly wouldn't worry about it. They're good for you, and particularly so if you're a lifter.

I'm not eating as many eggs as I used to but I still eat 4-8 a day with no issues.
