Use 2: 1.5 scoops intraworkout on Deadlift + accessory day

Taste: 8.5
1.5 scoops in 20 ounces of water was exceptionally stronger lol. Definitely got a stronger limeade tang, but the strawberry was still a bit too subtle. I think I'm going to stick with 1.5 scoops and fill the shaker to the brim. Nonetheless, it was extremely refreshing and very freshing after 225x45 on deadlifts lol

Mixibility: 10
I pre-mixed, shook, and placed in the fridge before heading to the gym. By the time I ready to drink there was absolutely no foam or granules. Furthermore, I didn't have to reshake intra-workout, which is an issue I've encountered with other intra workouts

Recovery: 9
In this section I will discuss recovery from yesterday's workout as well as recovery intra-workout for today. After yesterday's cardio, I got some blood to the glutes and by the evening, DOMS decreased significantly.
I had a pretty big lower back pump intraworkout after deadlifts today considering the high reps, but I found myself easily able to crush leg press and the rest of my posterior chain accessory work with plenty of gas left in the tank. If I had more time before work I would have thrown in some post-workout cardio.

Use 3: 1.5 scoops intraworkout on OHD + accessory day

Mixibility: 10
1.5 scoops in a full shaker of water, shaking vigorously, then left in the fridge for about an hour before lifting. No foam, no residual granules, and even during that hour there was hardly any settling of powder.

Taste: 8.5
So 1.5 scoops in a full shaker of ice cold water is the sweet spot for me - the limeade flavor definitely overpowers the strawberry.... at least on my palate, but I'm a fan of the subtle sweetness and tartness AminOD offers.

Recovery: 7.5
So I woke up this morning post-DL'ing with hammie DOMS as well as slight upper back DOMS. As the day went on and I was sitting at my desk the hammie DOMS got worse but I felt great intra-set on my upper body movements today. However, during post workout cardio I could feel the soreness in my hammies and glutes but I powered through

So post workout recovery was "meh" but intra workout recovery was solid.

Mixibility: 10
A full shaker of water plus 1.5 scoops continues to mix perfectly. I typically shake the bejesus out of it and then let it sit for a few minutes before sipping. Within those few minutes there's ok granules or foam and no need to reshape intra workout.

Taste: 8.5
A full shaker of water provides a nice balance of flavor and sipability. Although I will say during my workout I'm a water chugger lol so I have to force myself to slow down when drinking aminOD so that I can reap the intra workout benefits. A little more tart than usual today but still refreshing. Kinda disappointed I haven't tasted the strawberry flavoring much thus far.

Recovery: 9
Didn't take any yesterday as it was a rest/deep tissue massage day but I woke up feeling good with no DOMS. Intra set recovery in squats was great - kept it to no more than 3 minutes between sets and aminOD helped me power through BullDozer accessory with minimal lactic acid burn.

Nice. I find myself to run through my 20oz of aminoD real fast and have to kind of ration it out haha.

Stellar - a full shaker with 1.5 scoops shaken vigorously then letting it sit for a few minutes ensures no granules or foam and a smooth flavor through and through.

Even with a full shaker of water, the lime tartness is prominent, but it's definitely refreshing intra-workout and very easy on the stomach. Just wishing there was a little more strawberry flavor.

Recovery: 8.5
Despite a late night of drinking, AminOD definitely helped with post workout recovery from yesterday's lower body workout. Intra workout recovery was crappy during bench press, but solid during the rest of the workout and I even felt good enough for post workout cardio.

Use 6: 1.5 scoops intraworkout on DL + accessory

Mixibility: 10
Since I worked out at 530am this morning, I didn't pre mix and used room temp water (re: crappy water fountain). Nonetheless, foaming was minimal after my vigorous shaking and no residual granules after my initial shaker fill-up.

Taste: 9
1.5 scoops in a full shaker continues to be both refreshing and enough liquid volume that I find myself able to "sip", although I'm constantly tempted to chug AminOD because it's so refreshing. As usual, slight lime tang and no strawberry flavor.

Recovery: 9
Didn't take AminOD yesterday, but no significant DOMS yesterday except for some hip tightness after sitting on a plane for 5 hours lol. Intra-set recovery was on-point and lactic acid build up on my high volume, bulldozer set routine was well managed.
