2/13: 2 caps 30 minutes pre workout on OHP + accessory in PM

Strength/Rep Increase: 9.5
Exceeded rep goal on my top set of seated OHP; added reps to incline DB, standing BHTNP, and tricep pushdowns. Slight regression with pull-ups (likely due to increased bodyweight). Increased weight on Lat Pulldowns, lateral raises, and DB pullover.

Energy: 8.5
Solid boost in energy and euphoria on my way to the gym; felt great warming up and crushed my seated OHP sets; energy stayed fairly constant for the entirety of the workout and I wanted to perform post workout cardio, but I also wanted to eat. Since I'm bulking the latter took precedent lol.

Focus: 9
Great focus and mind muscle connection during pressing exercises. Focus dipped slightly during lat work, tricep pushdowns and lateral raises, but the dip wasn't significant as the mind muscle connection was still solid.

Pumps: 8
Great delt and upper chest pump after my pressing movements; surprisingly lat pump after pull ups and lat pulldowns. Disappointing tricep pump after tricep pushdowns.

Side Effects: 10
None; no crash and a great euphoria on my way to the gym that lasted until I finished lifting.

2/14: 2 caps 30 minutes pre workout on SQ + accessory

Strength/Rep Increase: 8.5
Exceeded the rep goal on my top set of squats by one rep and I may have had another in the tank, but since it was only 12 hours since I lifted I wanted to ensure the rest of the workout went well. Hit 20 reps on my high bar squat set; added reps to calf raise and SLDL. Added weight to Leg extension and changed my DB curls to seated so measuring progression is N/A today

Energy: 8.5
Felt a little ho-hum walking to and warming up for my workout, but after exceeded my rep goal on the top set of squats, I had a refreshed boost of energy and powered through my workout. No time for post-workout cardio but I typically avoid it after my lower workouts anyways haha

Focus: 8.5
It took me a little while to focus on low bar squat sets, but high bar squat set had solid focus. Excellent focus during leg extensions and SLDL, but focus dipped during calf raises and DB curls.

Pumps: 9
A slight pump in my glutes after squats; hip flexors were feeling it too. After SLDL my lower back had a crazy pump and after leg extensions I could hardly walk the pump was so wicked lol. DB curls and calf raises also left me with a good pump.

Side Effects: 10
None

2/16: 2 caps 30 minutes pre workout on BP+accessory

Strength/Rep Increase: 9.5
Exceeded my rep goal on flat bench; added reps to DB arnold; added 10lbs to BB Rows; exceeded rep goal with CGBP; added reps to reverse fly and cable crossover.

Energy: 9
Felt somewhat sluggish on the train back from my relatives house, but within 15 minutes of taking Decimate Amplified I got a nice, clean boost of non-jittery energy that lasted the duration of my workout and provided me with extra gas for some prowler pushing and heavy bag punching post lifting.

Focus: 8.5
Had a bit of trouble focusing on flat bench Drop5 sets because I was lifting half of my sets without a spotter. However, focus increased dramatically during DB arnold and bb rows and lasted the duration of the workout.

Pumps: 6.5
Solid back and lat pump after bb rows, but relatively disappointed with the lack of chest and tricep pump today. Left with a decent rear delt pump after reverse machine flies.

Side Effects: 10
None

2/17: 2 caps 90 minutes pre workout on DL + accessory

Strength/Rep Increase: 9
Added 15lbs to the top set of my deadlifts and reps only dropped by 2 (from 12 to 10); added weight on leg press, lying leg curl, seated cable row, power shrugs, and cable curls

Energy: 8
When in Denver I usually lift at 530am but due to scheduling I lifted at 6:30pm. I was a bit worried that the energy effects would wear off 90 minutes after taking but I think it was perfect as my priority right now is progressing in the weight room while also ensuring my sleep isnt affected by stimulants. Energy dipped during leg press but picked up for the remainder of the workout.

Focus: 8
Great focus on hip drive and using the right muscles for deadlift; the straps on the top set allow me to keep a good body angle. Focus was rough on leg press, but regained focus to crush the rest of the workout.

Pumps: 7.5
After my deadlift top sets, decent pump in my posterior chain (esp. glutes); crazy pump in my quads after leg press but disappointing hammy, bicep, and trap pump despite direct work to those areas

Side Effects: 10
Since I lifted in the PM I was worried about sleep issues, but since I took it 90 instead of 30 minutes pre workout, all was well and no sleep issues.

2/19: 2 caps 30 minutes pre workout on OHP + accessory

Strength/Rep Increase: 7.5
Exceeded rep goal and added 5lbs to my seated OHP top set for my 75% week. Added weight to inc db and lat pulldown. Added reps to lateral raise. Holding pattern with WGPUs and rep decrease on BHTNP and tricep pushdown. Might need some carbs intra workout.

Energy: 9
Within 15 minutes of taking I noticed a clean boost of energy that lasted the duration of my workout and didnt wane significantly. I even had time/energy for conditioning (KB swings and jump rope). Non-jittery and clean; heck even after taking 2 caps at 5am I haven't felt the need for coffee in nearly 5 hours!

Focus: 8
Very good focus on the top set of OHP, but a slight dip during the 2nd back-off set. Focus was high during incline pressing, but focus for the remainder of the workout was slightly above average which I cannot complain about!

Pumps: 7
Decent upper chest pump after OHP and db incline; upper back and lats had a nice pump after WGPUs and lat pulldown. However during BHTNP and tricep pushdowns I felt fatigue more than a pump. Surprising glute pump during KB swings.

Side Effects: 10
None

2/20: 2 caps 30 minutes pre workout on SQ + accessory

Strength/Rep Increase: 9
Exceeded rep goal on my top set of 75% squats; added reps to SLDLs; added weight to leg extensions and calf raises. Slight regression on db curls.

Energy: 8
Energy felt solid going in to my warm-up and squat sets; squats definitely taxed me and I was dragging a bit during SLDLs, but I got a second wind after leg extensions and felt good throughout the remainder of the workout.

Focus: 8.5
Focus on my working sets of squats was good, but it definitely took a conscious effort to ensure I "sat back" and kept my upper body tight. Focus dropped during SLDLs, but once again, I got a second wind during leg extensions and calf raises.

Pumps: 7.5
Not much of a pump during squats, but crazy lower back pump after SLDLs; decent quad pump after leg extensions and surprising bicep pump after db curls. Slight calf pump but was short lived.

Side Effects: 10
None

2/24: 2 caps 1 hour pre workout on BP + accessory in PM

Strength/Rep Increase: 7.5
Added weight to my top set of 75% bench, but I didn't hit the rep goal. Added a few reps to DB Arnold and BB Rows. Added weight to cable crossovers and CGBP, but reps took a bigggg hit.

Energy: 8.5
Felt surprisingly awake and ready to crush the weights in the evening (3 days of non lifting probably helped too); cruised through the workout even though I didn't progress as much as I would have like, but I had energy for conditioning too!

Focus: 7.5
Warming up for bench I felt pretty good, and during the beginning of most sets I felt focused, however midway through I lost focus and struggled to "Stay tight" on the relatively higher rep work. Regained some focus during auxillary movements but it was a bit of a struggle.

Pumps: 7
Slight pump in the chest and tricep after the pressing movements but for the most part, pump was disappointing this evening. Slight upper back and lat pump from rows, but probably my best pump was in my rear delts via reverse cable fly

Side Effects:10
None

2/25: 2 caps 60 minutes pre workout on DL + accessory

Strength/Rep Increase: 9
Added a little weight, but experienced a rep drop on my top set of DLs. However I added reps to every accessory exercise and will be increasing the weight on some next week.

Energy: 7
To prevent sleeplessness I've been trying to take my pre-workout no later than 5pm and then workout as soon as I leave work, but I'm thinking I can push the dosing to 6pm and then workout as soon as I leave work. I definitely get a noticeable energy boost, but by the time I warm up and actually hit the weights, I can tell energy has decrease a little bit. O well, a learning experience.

Focus: 7.5
Focus during my warm-ups on DL started out high, but once I started on my working sets, focus took a dive because the bar kept rubbing on my shins thus causing friction and bar slow-down. I tried to adjust for the oversight in not wearing sweatpants/tall socks, but it kinda put a damper in the rest of my workout focus-wise. Luckily I regained some focus for the aux exercises.

Pumps:
Crazy lower back pump after deadlifts; good upper and mid back pump after cable rows; decent hammie pump after leg curls. Trap and bicep pump was surprisingly good after power shrugs and cable curls respectively.

Side Effects: 10
None

2/27: 2 caps 30 minutes pre workout on OHP + accessory in AM

Strength/Rep Increase: 8
Hit the rep goal on my top set of seated OHP, but just barely. Subsequent drop5 sets were sub-par performance wise. Luckily I saved face by adding reps and or weight to my accessory work

Energy: 7.5
Was definitely dragging when I woke up because I had trouble falling and staying asleep last night; I was in bed for about 6 hours, but probably only slept 4. Nonetheless, I was looking forward to the pick-up from Decimate Amplified. Truth be told, the stims didn't kick in until after my 1 accessory exercise (incline db press), so I was a bit disappointed with my seated OHP performance but I still hit the rep goal. Energy was pretty steady for the remainder of the workout but wasn't particularly high.

Focus: 8
Waking up was a struggle-bus and I felt decent warming up, but my seated OHP sets took all the focus I could muster. Focus on the accessory was a bit better than my Drop5 OHP sets, but overall I found myself "going through the motions" today a bit more than usual. Definitely due to sub-par sleep last night.

Pumps: 7.5
Traps were still a bit sore from DL on Tuesday, but once I started OHP'ing and incline pressing, upper chest, shoulders, and triceps had a decent pump. Great lat pump after pull-ups and lat pulldowns. Lackluster tricep pump after tricep pushdowns but decent middle delt pump after lateral raises.

Side Effects: 10

2/26: 2 caps before Conditioning in the PM

Strength/Rep Increase: N/A
Uh, cardio doesn't really entail strength/rep increases, but I did breeze through the 30 minutes of cardio for what it's worth

Energy: 8
Energy was steady and I definitely got a "second wind" after a long work day, but unfortunately the energy was too good lol. I think it contributed to my sleeplessness.

Focus: 9
Found it easy to get in to the "cardio groove", tune out the world, tune in to my music, and read my kindle at the same time (re: f

Pumps: N/A
Performed cardio, but I did walking off the incline treadmill with a slight glute and calf pump lol

Side Effects: 6
Even though I took the caps at 6pm and didn't perform my conditioning until 8:30pm, I had a hard time falling and staying asleep. I didn't crash, but I had some serious night sweats.
