Five days. No more gains. Unless...I made crisp creme apple custard orange crush. Why? No clue. No one else is this stupid. Entirely too sweet, very much like liquid Skittles. But those glorious gains...

Thanks. So long story short I actually lifted. DPOL is still awesome as ever, had Condense with 12 ounces water, might do less next time. Not really sure what to say? No bad side effects!
