Yeah I really want to progress my 10 - 8 rep range weight but I will still do some triple work when I want to go heavy!

Well here is tonight's upper session. ..

First 1 mile on the elliptical. ..

OHP 3X3 @ 120

Bench 120x5 - 150x5 - 160x6 ( max reps ) - 140x6 - 120x8

T bar rows @ 50x10x2
75x10
100x10

Dbl MP 30 lbs
3x10
(Really wanted to focus on slow controlled reps)

Overhead cable curls @ 42 lbs
3x12

Then some explosive med ball work outside with a 10 lbs med ball...lots of throwing and sprinting

Today's lower workout. .. side note should not have done cardio as my warm up :-/

1 mile on the elliptical. ..

3 warm up squat sets
then 240 (80%) x 6

Deadlifts
warm up sets
8x3 @ 250

Jumps after that 3x4

Then 4 sets of various weighted ab/core work

Quick upper body tonight...

Pull ups x 10 with different grips

Pendlay rows 120x8
150x6x3

Bench
120x10
130x8
140x8
150x8 (think that is a pr for me!)
120x6

Then SS flys and DB curls with 20's for 2x10

Stiff arm cable pushdown @ 60lbs
20-15-10

Wish I would've done some inverted rows too but out of time. ..

Some of you may say "what the hell? !" but this is how it went. ..

Bench jumps w/ bike sprints
5 then 30 sec.
6 then another 30 sec.
8 then 4 minutes with varied sprint intervals

Deadlifts
200lbs - don't even know how many sets of 5 I did but used both stances. I also held the top of the rep for several seconds.

Cleans to front squat
1x3 @ 70lbs
2x3 @ 100lbs

Dead/curl/press for 3x5 @ 70lbs

Paused rep Squats
170x5
200x5
(So brutal)

Saturday I did an upper workout outside that was mainly push presses...

Did some one arm med ball throws too

Got a pr 150x3 on the push presses though
