Since its week 4 normally a deload so I went a different route...
decided to go with the MAB full body workout. ..

Warm up stretch and just over a mile on the elliptical
2 squat sets to warm up

3x6 @ 200 for squats
3x6 bench went...
110
120
126
2x8 Db rows with 60lbs
2x8 upright rows @ 90
2x8 overhead tri ext. With a 20lb db

Some sit ups the another 1.25+ miles on the elliptical

Crashed early last night and didnt post...

First was a mile on the elliptical

MAB full body workout B

Deadlift 3x3 @ 270
Barbell rows 2x8 @ 120
Seated OHP/MP 3x8 @ 80
Db bp 2x8 @ 50lb db's
Barbell curls 2x8 @ 60

Then another mile...

Incline BP

DB pullover w/50lb db 2x8
Stiff arm pushdown 2x8

Then another .5 miles
