Nice article.
Nothing motivates a beat-up lifter more than to have a younger, strong lifter show up in the gym. No doubt you have been a great source of motivation for them

Great article, love the similarities and the fact that I can relate them back to my previous injury as well!

Thanks for article. Have you ever thought about put your articles in video? I'm a visual learner. You mention something here that I'm guilty during my Sumo set up. However, I probably never change it if it wasn't for an early video that I took this week. I think that lifters in general will benefits of visual cues if we can look back to analyzed and correct what we are doing wrong and we think that we are doing right. May be not wrong all the time but after we hit heavy weigths.

I am sure, they may never admit it though! Adam and I are close in the bench so we go back and forth a little. I have pushed Brian on the squat on occasions.

We will all face the time where we decide "Do I do this for fitness? Or because I am addicted to it!" haha

I do like that idea, something I can look into.
