went for GOMAD yesterday boy it was tough and I almost did it too... had about two glasses left in the gallon and couldn't drink anymore so i finished it up today. gonna keep trying

no weight gainer and i'd like to drink milk and water but when i drink so much milk i cant fit in any water! its bad i suppose so i'll try to get a couple glasses of water in a day also

Don't sweat it. Milk is mostly water anyway. Also I think Coach Rip advises not to jump headlong into the GOMAD, but to get there gradually. Otherwise you might end up with the Hershey Squirts.

i'm very tolerant of milk haha so i'm fine for now but i drank about 3/4 a gallon yesterday so i'm gonna stick with that for a while
