Pretty much hit my goal for today. . Carbs are high, but I am noticing that on days I lift Carbs are usually higher than days I don't. Based on broscience, I don't see anything wrong with this as the carbs are beneficial postworkout. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Actually came in a little low on calories today. I lol everytime I do this. I never thought I would have this "problem".
Logistically, this diet is working for me. I eat 400-500 calories for breakfast and lunch. Have a 200ish calorie snack in the afternoon. This is relatively light eating throughout the day. However, since I'm busy at work and when I first get home in the afternoon I don't even really notice it. This leaves me usually with over 1300 calories available in the evening. This allows me to eat a large amount of food at night.
This works so well for me in the mental department. Eating a relatively unrestricted dinner(of course within reason) makes it feel like I'm not even on a restricted diet. It's great!
This is working for me. Of course we'll see how well the weight loss is going next weekend when I weight myself again. I am doing well thus far at only weighing myself once every 2 weeks.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

You are essentially practicing a form of intermittent fasting...glad it's working for you. When I have a busy work schedule I do much the same thing as I find eating multiple times throughout the day simply not practical.

Thanks Moe. Good to know. It just comes natural to eat more in the evenings, so why not embrace it?

I have to respectfully disagree. I am not fasting by any means. I am eating approx. 1000 calories throughout the day. With work, eating less during the day does seem much easier.

Hit my desired caloric goal for the day. It was a lifting day, so carbs were a bit high post workout, but protein is a little bit low IMO.

Haven't really logged this week. I was in Orientation all week for my new employer. It threw me off my routine and I didn't count calories or pre cook meals. Although, I kept portions relative to what I have been eating and didn't eat any foods I haven't been eating the last couple weeks. So even though I didn't track calories, I didn't necessarily fall off of the rails.

On my first day back to tracking calories my protonz are a little low.
