Notes:
Macros are a bit off today. For dinner (Post workout meal) I ate two sandwiches from Chik-Fil-A. I would have still been about 200 under, but I decided to eat a ranch and a chik fil a sauce with the sandwiches. They added over 200 calories to the meal. The sauce to calorie ratio is very lopsided.
Anyway, wasn't that bad of a day.

Breakfast really threw me off today. I had a breakfast meeting with large breakfast burritos. I did my best to accurately calculate the calories and macros of the burrito, but not sure how close I came.
This new position I am in at work frequently has meetings where food is provided. I have struggled this week to deal with it.
After the breakfast meeting we had a lunch meeting, but I managed to find time in between to woof down my tuna Caesar salad and didn't eat at the meeting. This food situation would be great if I was bulking.

I will continue to deal and learn. Cooking has also been difficult this week, time has not been on my side. Next week I am going to try to cook multiple meals in advance and better plan my meals before heading to the grocery store.
Even with these obstacles, I feel I am still doing a good job and plan on weighing myself tomorrow.

I make a lot of my meals in bulk on Sunday, and freeze individual portions, then take them to work during the week, or have on for dinner....saves a lot of time.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Thanks moe!
So you actually freeze the pre made meals as opposed to just refrigerate?
Do you thaw the meals in an advance? Maybe the night before?

The reason I ask is because one of the 'obstacles' I am trying to get around is that it's easy for me to find the time to pre cook meals on the weekend. But, if I refrigerate these meals they will remain fresh maybe 3-4 days. This leaves me scrambling for the end of the work week.

However, it would make sense to me that freezing instead of refigerateing would eliminate my problem.

I leave out 2-3 days worth and freeze the rest, then thaw them out the day before I am going to eat them. For example, when I make Chili...it usually makes about 25-30 portions...no way Im eating all that in the next 3-4-days. So I leave 2-3 out, and freeze the rest. If I want Chili for lunch at work, I will pull it out the night before and let it thaw, then take it to work the next day. You can always micro when froozen, just takes longer.

Weighed in this morning at 275lbs. That is -5lbs from where I was 2 weeks ago. That's about 2.5lbs a week weightloss.
I've lost this much weight even with a couple night where I completely blew my diet. And pretty much eating anything I want as long as I came in at my caloric goal.
Long story short, I am going to kick it up 200 calories a day, bringing my goal to approx. 2500 calories a day. And at the same time I am going to try to eat more "clean".
Looking forward to weighing in again in 2 weeks.

188 calories short of my goal (2,540). I'll tell you what, I would have never imagined in a million years that I would have trouble getting calories on a deficit. Never.
I really tried to eat "clean" today. As a result I didn't eat enough fats. I have to say, coming from a guy who likes to 'mega bulk', I find this extremely ironic.
Looking back I should have added some cheese to a meal or 2. That would have brought me up to my caloric goal and filled me with joy.
